INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brighter Day Services website at brighterdayservcs.com and your engagement with any services provided by Brighter Day Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. SERVICES
Brighter Day Services provides residential and commercial property services including home cleaning, commercial cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, snow removal, junk removal, and moving services across Maryland and expanding markets.
Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All services are subject to availability in your area and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Brighter Day Services.
2. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
All service bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or SMS following submission. By booking a service you agree to the following:
You will provide accurate and complete information about your property, service needs, and contact details at the time of booking.
You will ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled appointment time.
You will notify Brighter Day Services of any known hazards, pets, security systems, or special conditions at the property prior to the service date.
Brighter Day Services reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion if the service location is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the scope of services offered.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Brighter Day Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, contractor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in the event of any schedule change on our end.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All service pricing is provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise specified at the time of booking. We accept payment through Square and other methods as indicated at the time of booking.
Brighter Day Services reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the actual scope of work performed if the conditions at the service location differ materially from what was represented at the time of booking.
5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REDO POLICY
Brighter Day Services stands behind the quality of every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will review your concern and if the claim is valid, we will schedule a return visit to address the issue at no additional cost to you.
Satisfaction claims submitted after 24 hours of service completion may not qualify for a complimentary redo. Brighter Day Services reserves the right to assess the validity of all claims prior to scheduling any return service.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By booking a service with Brighter Day Services you agree to the following:
Provide accurate property information and access instructions at the time of booking.
Ensure that the service area is reasonably accessible and free of conditions that would prevent safe service delivery.
Secure or remove pets from the service area during the appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Notify Brighter Day Services of any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items in the service area so appropriate care can be taken.
Treat all Brighter Day Services contractors with professionalism and respect. Brighter Day Services reserves the right to remove a contractor from a service location and cancel a booking without refund if a contractor is subjected to unsafe, abusive, or threatening conditions.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Brighter Day Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
Brighter Day Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
8. PROPERTY DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you believe that Brighter Day Services caused damage to your property during a service, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion with a description of the damage and supporting photographs. Claims submitted after 24 hours or without supporting documentation may not be eligible for consideration. Brighter Day Services will investigate all valid claims in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All field service work performed by Brighter Day Services is carried out by independent contractors. These contractors are vetted, trained, and held to the Brighter Day Services standard of service. They are not employees of Brighter Day Services. Brighter Day Services is responsible for the quality of work performed under its brand and will address any service concerns in accordance with its satisfaction guarantee policy.
10. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Brighter Day Services, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, service reminders, arrival notifications, follow-up messages, and promotional communications from us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance reply HELP or contact us at (410) 989-6090.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
11. WEBSITE USE
By accessing brighterdayservcs.com you agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our website in any way.
All content on brighterdayservcs.com including text, images, logos, and service descriptions is the property of Brighter Day Services and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand assets associated with Brighter Day Services are the exclusive property of Brighter Day Services. Unauthorized use of any Company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
